• Schedule all meetings between client and vendors.
• Attend limited number of vendor meetings.
• Budget, agenda, and event layout.
• Unlimited phone and email contact.
• Consultation at venue to review all details.
• On site event supervision, not to exceed 10 hours.

$1500-2000  Pricing will be quoted pending event location and any additional services requested.

Perfect for convention planning, trade shows, and the out of town corporate client who needs professional advice about the Austin and surrounding areas. 
This package includes:

• Initial consultation to determine the specific event needs.
• Budget and agenda.
• Research recommendations, and contract review of all vendors necessary for the event.
• Schedule and attend all vendor meetings. 
• Unlimited phone and email contact.
• One consultation at venue to arrange all details, and create layout.
• Consultation at venue to review all details.
• Accommodations / transportation arrangements.
• On site event supervision, not to exceed two days (10 hours each day)
